So it appears that Vladimir Putin the President of Russia kept US Secretary of State John Kerry waiting for three hours. Why only three hours? In fact, why bother meeting him at all?
The federal government of the USA is the largest and most dangerous terrorist organisation in the world, and John Kerry is a man who should be treated with the utmost contempt on every occasion.
