22yo Joshua Butler has been jailed for four years for killing a 40yo man - who leaves a widow and a fatherless child.
If David Cameron wants to boost his poll ratings, maybe he should introduce a new law - which some people have been pressing for for some years now - that anyone convicted of causing death by dangerous driving should necesarily be banned from driving for life.
